TechNext Refund & Return Policy

Our Quality Guarantee At TechNext, we are committed to providing high-quality tech. To keep our prices competitive and support our student-led mission, we operate with a strict but fair return policy.

1. 14-Day Return Window All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the date your package was delivered. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or is not working correctly:

  • Include your Order Number and a clear photo or video showing the defect.

  • Once verified by our management team, we will ship a brand-new replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund. In most cases, you will not need to ship the damaged item back.

3. General Returns (Customer-Initiated) If you wish to return an item for any other reason:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
